help: Continue managing my team with Lachi editor

So I have got to the first of december and if i try to go to the next day, I get the message saying that the sponsors have fired me and i have to pick a new team.
Basically I want to manage my team next season anyway, so does anyone know how to do this? I have tried to use Lachi's Editor to do this but i havent got a clue where to start
Please can someone help me and i am struggling to understand the editor so if anyone can give me some simple instructions that would be great

you need to edit a weekly save and then
You have to edit gene_f_solde in DYN_Team, after that load the weekly save, continue 
you can find your weekly save in:
documents>pcm2010>database>weeklysave

Anonymer - I didn't achieve all the objectives set by my sponsors at the beginning of the season but my sponsor confidence says that its average
fooligan - I might be being stupid but i can't find gene_f_solde in DYN_team and if I do find it, what should I change it to? |

It's in DYN_manager.
You're usually fired due to bad economy, so adding more money to your team (try one of the save games from October) should solve the problem. |

I have tried that as well and it hasn't worked
This could sound silly but is there anyway of just going back in time? So that if i could go back about a week, edit the database to say that I have done all my objectives and got enough money and then carry on.
I thought changing the date would do this but i still get the message saying that I am fired if I try to go to the next day.
Can I just delete all the weekly saves after october and it will go back to october in the game? |

you need to follow part of my answer + crue true's answer 
1. open a weekly save with whatever editor (as CT says, take one from early october or so)
2. open DYN_manager
3. find gene_f_solde
4. edit gene_f_solde to something positive
5. save your weekly save
6. replace the savegame in which you get fired by the weekly save you just edited
that should do it
