Hi guys it's me the newbie again:-

How does fitness work? What impact does training camps have and during the season how does the fitness of one rider work. If I just leave it on training as per default is that sufficeint?

Also if my one riders fitness is above 80 at the beginning of the season and he stars, will he be fit for the TDF or do riders get tired after a few tours/races?

Hoe do I actively manage my riders fitness?

Do you read the manual of the game?

Click on a rider then go to the training overview. On the top right section you can select the fitness schedule. If you click the magnifier, then you can see it in more detail or even alter it (Select a CUSTOM_xx schedule to alter it).

If course your riders get tired. It is based on the training level. In the training schedule altering interface is a button to evaluate the fatigue (the cumulated tiredness).
If the fatigue gets to high, your riders max. fitness will drop (Max. training fitness is 80 by default)
