Is it ok to only download and install the 1.0.3.0 from 1.0.0.0 patch? Are all bugs fixed then? Or do i also have to install the other patches?

well thats the point in 1,0.3.0 from 1.0.0.0 so you dont have to download all of them :L
and yeas all bugs are fixed
