Few races in PCM Daily's DB`?

I've just downloaded the PCMDaily's Expansion Pack 1.0.3.0 and I have a few questions. I'm actually only concerned about the races, there seems to be a lot less than there was in the DB for PCM 09. For example, In January I only have the Australian Championships and the Tour Down Under... nothing else.

After getting the newest patch I first downloaded and installed the first expansion pack. Then I installed the one for the 1.0.3.0 patch. This is the Db I started the game with, but I just thought it was odd that there were so few races.

Is this the way it's supposed to be or have I done something wrong?

It's supposed to be this way. The races of 2009 aren't compatible with 2010. All races for PCM 10 have to be remade.

Oh, I thought that they had included the races in the DB... so I guess I have to make them my self?

Also, there is only one rider who is suspended, namely Ricco. I read in the description for the DB that there should be something like 14 riders out with suspension?

Ricco is different because he was suspended at the beginning of the year, but had a team - the other suspended riders will all be free agents at the start of the game
