Hi can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm doing a custom career, and my best rider is a young 24 year old custom rider. He has won the last two Giros, before coming up just short in the Tour and well off in the vuelta. What training schedule does everyone use to go for all the Grand Tours.

you should not use your best rider so very much.

Only the grand tours becomes 61 Race days, so just dont use him often. But get him in shape before the tours
