problem of stages dissappearing

I noticed that some of my self-made stages have dissappeared in CM-Stages. But in-game they work, so the files should be somewhere. Were are they? thanks

If they work ingame. they must be in CM_Stages.
HAve a look in the converter and search for the stage file in STA_Stage and search for the same one in CM_Stages.
