Hey, I was just wondering how I can find out who the Latvian champion is. I just had the national championships but there didn't seem to be a Latvian one?

If theres no 3D race, and if you dont get a message about a countrys national champion in late June, then it means there is no national champion from that country.

isn't the system so, that if theres no championship, the one in the database, who is set to nc.. will be that forever?
