Most likely. But you can "update" your saved game with it. In the load section? If not, it's because it is still a beta patch.

No, you don't have to start a new career after installing the the patch.

But you might have to install the DB again.

You only have to start a new career if the game crashes when you use the old career or if you want to start again anyway.

i did not have to install the DB again, it was still same standard as i had before:lol:
