Minishirt problem

I have a problem with making a minishirt. I use the "blender" and everything works as it should it seems. However when I add it to the right folder and everything the minishirt ingame is a blue square. The problem seems to be that the picture becomes to large it becomes 300x300 instead of 256x256. I tried to tweak the minishirt a little bit, but then I got the cyan background you see when making it.

Can someone please tell me if it's something I can do or can someone just make the shirt. If you decide to make it please send it in .dds :) you can also send it in .tga if you can't make it .dds

Did you read the tutorial in the Articles section? It tells you how to change it to 256x256.

Haha Smile I thought I remembered it before, but forgot the rescale part. My bad, thanks for the help anyway.
