Custom jersey problem

I have made the minishirts I want with blender, and thenconverted them with paintnet to DDS files.
They are 256 kbs, and the same format as the other minis A8B8G8R8.

Still, when I try to race I am suddenly equipped in FDJ jerseys.

What the hell is going on?

Appreciate the help.

Mini shirts != 3D shirts.

The mini shirt is the one which shows up before a race. You must have screwed up the actual shirt (the one in CM_Textures/cycliste/team/cXX).

I have the same problem. I substitute the maillot of any custom team in the game but when I race they are equipped with other jerseys

the only thing I did was change the CM_Textures/cycliste/team/cXX maillot

any idea?

Yes, you probably haven't saved it as a 32 bit TGA file. Make sure that the file size is 556 KB.

Turns out that it all worked when I converted the maillot to TGA, 556 kbs.
