Game crashes when I finish on podium

I'm at a loss. Every time one of my riders finishes a race on the podium (only in 3D mode), the game crashes; "PCM2010.exe has stopped working...".

I'm using the original DB. Here's the log.

Suggestions welcome; many thanks in advance.

Just out of curiosity: Did you try lowering all your graphics to the minimum (including disabling replays)?

No. I'll try disabling replays though now.
