Ive been checking out this site for a few years now but only recently purchased the game, through this website of course. I've been scared-off by all the patches and cries of "unrealistic play." Talk of the new "graphic/ play engine" convinced me to jump in and I couldn't be happier, I'm blown away by all facets of the game. Question one: does the easy mode allow for easier play/ more wins or just more finances? Secondy, the DB's created by the crew here at PCM seem to be the gold standard: do the international sites share this expertise or does everybody else fend for themselves? Thx, kudos all around.
Difficulty mode applies only to 3d race (I assume you are talking about the one in options, not the one when you start a career), so easy makes it easier to win races you play.
For the second question, I don't quite understand what you are asking. If you are asking if DB's get around they certainly do. All the PCM.daily db's go to PCM-Spain, PCM Benelux, etc, etc.
As stated by the other two, the difficulty that you pick along with rider evolution, etc. before selecting a team in career is the financial difficulty. There are three options:
Easy - you get more from your sponsor than what your riders earn.
Medium - you get the exact same amount from your sponsor as your riders earn.
Hard - you get less from your sponsor than what your riders earn.
I'm not too sure about the 2nd question. The PCM.daily DBs include work from pretty much every community around. Stages, graphics, etc. are made by a lot of different people, and luckily for us, everyone are willing to share.
