how to edit frames?

Under 23 Posts: 66 Joined: 08-07-2010 PCM$: 200.00	how can you edit frames, change the colors and stuff. whats the indicated program? PM-me for feedback on first user bar, please "i don't care about what you say, really don't care. don't wanna bring this any further. even when his business collapse, i'll wear a livestrong wristband."

Under 23 Posts: 72 Joined: 08-07-2010 PCM$: 200.00	okey... paint.net is able to open the frame file... you must open the frame1_d.dds... and there can you change the color... but you must look that only the frame has a other color not the complet file.
