Starting problem

Hi people!

I've just bought the game but after installing the game when i press the play button it takes more than 10 minutes to start the game.

Can anyone help me?

Could you please clarify.
Do you mean the game itself or the game menu? (Menu woud be the thingy where you still can see the desktop)
Does it only take 10 minutes for starting after you first installed it or everytime you start it?
Which version did you buy, DVD or Download?
Does the game run at all?
Did you deactivate the intro videos in the options?

Hi

I was talking about the game itself.

Everytime i click on play icon in windows desktop it happens.

I've bought the dvd version and no, i didn't deactivate it

I cannot follow.
The icon on the desktop does start the menu not the game.

Try to start the game manually by double clicking on pcm.exe (search for it if you do not know where you installed the game).

Also please answer my questions: Does the game start, can you play? Or not?
If the game does start, deactivate the intro videos.
