How to "install" a downloaded race

hey! I just downloaded the "Tour des Montagnes", but i can't manage to find it in the game.
The archive contains an ".xml" for classification and several ".xml's" for cm-stages. There also is a file "Benelux_Montagnes.cdb"

What do i have to do, to play the race?
When i copy the stage files to cm_stages and the classification into the classifications folder, it doesn't appear in the game.
I also use the pcmdaily v2 db.

Please help me!!!
