how do you apply the pack PCM Spain2007 to the game after downloading it??

I used WinRAR to open up of its files and then just extracted them to C:\Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2007. Sorry if that does not answer your question, but at least I had a quick response.  |

It manages your downloads. Just search Flashget in google. Download it and then instead of left clicking on a download link right click download by flashget. Its that easy. |

I'am currently trying to install the Pcm Spain DB as i want to play pcm 07 again. I'am having the same problem as stated above though. When extracting to C/ProgramFiles/Cyanide/Pcm 2007, I get the message saying
! C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2007\PackPCMSpain2007v1.0.ace: Cannot create Blocs\IsolatedBuildings\sign
! C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2007\PackPCMSpain2007v1.0.ace: Error - operation failed
Searching brought me here but no further.
I tried downloading again and still the same problem.
