Bug to load a career save

Hello ,
first sorry for my english but I'm french , so ....
I've a problem with my career.
I've download the PCM dayli database and start a game.
Afther weeks in the game , afther a stage in Italia's Giro , I'va a bug at the end of the stage , who's said that my game bug, and shut down, (with a white screen...
Okay , no pb , so i try to load my save afther this bug , and ( Shock ) I can't load in the game. When I load the "last save" the game bug again and tell me that the game have a problem.
Every thing I try to load and fix the bug do nothing...

If someone can help me, it would be great for me.
