Hello,
The problem with the blue white shirt is fixed ! I found one on the internet. Only problem I have is how to make a national champioshirt and yellow jersey etc. for this non-excisting team ? Is it possible to add it when a game is saved ?

Is it possible that someone can make that jersey or tell me me how to do it ?

Yes it is possible to add the yersey in a saved game.
You add the jersey to your wished DB and then add it to your saved file
