Playing the game in windowed mode?

I don't know how it is for you guys, but I can't 'alt-tab' out of the game... Is there a way to make this work?

Like maybe somehow enable 'windowed mode'?

Disable the opening video in your options. Second tab, in the list of things on the right


You can play windowed mode by disabling Full Screen on the first tab of the options, bottom left. I have it disabled and work with a resolution a little bit smaller than my actual screen resolution so I can easily go to other programs. PCM is not as stable as Football Manager when you do this though. Then again PCM isn't that stable at all Pfft
