the leisure training camp will increas your riders moral.
and im think the only way to improve sprints is to tell your rider to train in sprints(a good sprint trainer will halp your rider improve faster. |

i only use leisure training as a nice training camp to allow the riders to bond (even though there's no relationships) before going away for 3 months in the european winter |

You obviously improve sprint and acceleration by using the sprint training. |

^ I think he means whether there is a way to improve via training camps
EG - you can improve the mountain stat by 2 or 3 with a training camp... but say you wanted the green with Ciolek, then a training camp for an increase in sprint/acc by 2 or 3 to beat Cavendish/Hushovd etc |

So without going to a training camp your rider will gain attributes(in all stats) very slowly as long as there is a trainer? |

Riders will gain stats depending on the potential, training method and the trainer.
Training camps, however, are more like doping: major, temporary improvements. |
