Open the DB with the Advanced Editor. Open DYN_cyclist, scroll across to fkIDinjury and sort by highest. Set all the numbers to 0. |

I try it, but i don´t know what i´m doing wrong because It doesn´t make the changes. |

You need to remember to save the changes and export the DB / select it in-game. |

Nah, following my instructions will make the riders injury-free. If you want it in your save game, you need to edit that one and not the DB. |

If you are using the official DB, it does not include the dopers (assuming it is the same as previous years). Some fan made DBs do include them tho. |

start a game , then use your savegame in hannes like crue told you then save dyn cyclist then save your save game copy in the documents folder .

If you're playing with the PCM.daily DB and want to remove the UCI sanctions, you need to edit the PCM.daily DB file (My Docs/PCM/Database). |
