Cannot Start a carrier

Hi,
I finally got PCM10, I have run several stages and it worked ok.
But when I try to start a Historial Pro and after filling in my personal info and mode settings, the choosing menu appears.
And in that moment a runtime error ocurs which close the game inmediatly.
Had anybody experienced it?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes I did, with number 6 and then 8.
I am using the expanded DB and I have also installed the fix.
Thanks for your help.

Would a re-install help any how?
Could be a Database problem? or setting problems??
