Will Cyanide make that tool that makes the next patch savegame compatible? Is it just roomers that they will make such a tool? Does anyone knows? If thy don´t I wont continue my career from now.

As far as I'm aware, they will make a tool for the stages pack, so you can include them in an already started career. It's not for the 'normal' patches.
