Has anyone kept an eye on the improvements of riders during a season? And I don't mean by the use of training camps, just normal training.
In my game, about four months in, 2 of my riders are training time trial and have gained just 1 point in TT and one of my riders training stage races has gained just 1 point in mountain skill.
In the earlier editions it seemed to me riders would improve more stats, like resistance with TT and recovery with stage races, according to a training chart somewhere on this site, and i was wondering if that chart still applied, also with regard to the new prologue stat.
Oh and I'm playing a custom career with evolution on 1.0.

maybe you should get some better trainers for the team Team>Staff> trainers (something like that, my game isn't in english)
