It's now been over 24 hours since i ordered the DL-version of the game from cycling-manager.com and i still haven't received an e-mail. I'm not sure if they have received my order or if I should cancel it. Does it normally takes this long to receive the e-mail? or do any one of you know how to cancel the order?  |

I ordered it just now and got my activation code in my e-mail literally 1 minute later. You may have input the wrong e-mail address in which case all you need to do is contact there customer support and send a correct address. Sorry bud :/

I don't think that's the problem, because I checked everything twice before i ordered :S Do you have any idea what kind of information i should put in the e-mail? (name, credit card number?)
EDIT
I used a VISA ELECTRON card to purchase the game could that have any influence?

DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS IN AN EMAIL.

Did you check the spam-folder?
Also you could check if the payment is on your card. |

It's not in my spam-folder and there is no payment on my credit card. Does that mean that they haven't received my order or what? |

I had the same problem. I waited days before they got in touch and said that my payment had failed.
There was no reason for the payment to fail but it did.
I think the online purchase service is poorly set up and run.
And it certainly makes a mockery of the claim buy online and play NOW.

I just tried again through paypal and was rejected. This is ridiculous, Nexway are truly an amateur company.
Still, it has saved me nearly $50. I certainly won't be paying money for the game now. |

well my order had failed too, but then i decided to order the game at gamesplanet.com for just 25 GBP. So I ended up saving some money |
