Saxo Bank probably - sprint is their weakest part, but JJ Haedo is decent enough.

Rabobank also has class riders who can win anything but a major cobbled classic. Although they can get a decent result in one of them.

rabo! menchov and gesink for gc in the big tours, freire can still win from cavendish, with nuyens and langeveld you have descent cobblestones ryders who can finish top5/top10 in flandres and roubaix! the're not the top, but on a good day you can win from flecha and cancellara
and ofcourse Robert Gesink, martens and freire for the hilly classics
