bigger budget with a custom team

Stagiare Posts: 214 Joined: 01-05-2007 PCM$: 200.00	is there a way i can increase my starting budget with a custom team, i have a lot of good riders selected but my starting season budget is so small i cant see us lasting long can i manually change it? many thanks
