the biggest potential out of everyone in the cycling world (well PCM world) didn't do that well last year, but he was only 17, this year he's 18

A continetal offer:
How about Ahmad Haidar Anuawar and Boy van Poppel do an exchange year?
It gives a chance for Van Poppel to get some good results under his belt, plus Haidar Anuawar has 76 sprint.

Well if you think about it - Van Poppel isnt going to improve his xp in the ProTour as I think they help raising level 3.
If i remember correctly:
Level 1 raised by Lower CT Races
Level 2 raised by Higher CT Race
Level 3 raised by ProTour
Level 4 raised by Worlds and GTs
So Letua would be perfect for his development!

i like the sound of Sporting offer very, very much
but just to make sure, you would get Poppel, and i would get Anuwar for 1 year, then they would go back to their original teams???
