bad riders from scouting

Stagiare Posts: 170 Joined: 30-07-2009 PCM$: 200.00	i am trying to make a custom team consisting of scouted but they all come up with the 'no hoper' rating. something seems wrong. is this meant to happen?

Breakaway Specialist Posts: 891 Joined: 29-12-2009 PCM$: 200.00	wa-hey. a brisbanite on PCM09, most riders are of a no-hoper when creating a custom team... you just have to get lucky although there is a reported bug that says that most scouted riders (in-game) have stats around the 77+ mark, not sure whether this is true for pre-career

It's one of the bugs of the game : also happened to me. But they arn't actualy 'no hoper' , some of them have a big potential you just don't know who Team Europcar !! RIP Wouter
