I'm new to this forum so I apologise in advance if this question has been covered before or is inappropriate here.
I am not a PC expert and I know even less about PC gaming. I haven't played a game since PCM 2006. My computer is primarily used for video editing and audio recording so it is uncluttered and runs pretty well, however it is about 4 years old. I'm running Windows XP with SP 2 (or 3?)
I'm a little dissapointed that there isn't a demo of PCM 2010 so that I could answer the question for myself.
The specs of my machine are:
Processor
Name: Intel core 2 Duo
Code Name: Conroe
Core voltage: 1.179
Core speed 1598.4 MHz
Multiplier x6
Bus Speed 266.4 MHz
Related FSB 1065.7
Mainboard
Intel DP965LT
Chipset:P965/G965 Rev C1
South Bridge: Intel 82801HB/HR (ICH8/R)
Memory
2048 MB DDR2
Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce 7600GS 256 MB Memory
I have a few 7200 rpm hard drives on the system too.
The trailers for PCM 2010 have really sucked me in but I'm guessing on a 4 year old non gaming machine my in game experience will be radically different than the trailers.
I understand that my machine meets the minimum requirements, however my question is: In your opinion/experience will my machine allow me to run PCM 2010 at a good level of graphic detail while remaining playable.
Thanks a lot in advance. I hope everyone enjoys the upcoming tour.

I don't know much either but I have a 7350 LE which I beleive is worse than your card, and the game seems to run smoothly. Of course not on the highest setting. More like somewhere in the middle.
well, if your card can run direct x 9.0c you can get away with using pixel shading 2.0 and the game will play very nicely but will not look as good - but still very nice.
I have installed it on a laptop with intigrated graphics card and works well, just to test - was bored waiting for the first patch.
Pick Pro cycling manager 2009 in the "select product" bar.
If u can run 09, u surely can run 10 too.! For me 2010 actually runs better than 09.. And my pc is 5 years old, and crappy as hell, so i bet its the same for u
