DB question for DB makers

In PCM2009 i have been looking trough all parts of the DB, and I found some strange things. At the beginning of a new season all riders have a leader type, a leader specialization and a training program added. The strange thing is, that the sprinters never have a training program that is usefull for them. The leader type (sprinter) has no trainingprogram sueded for sprinters.
This problem made the good sprinters very bad in fx the tour, and many of them dident even participate in the tour, from the second season and further on in the game. I found that many riders had trainingprograms that was´nt the best for them and especialy the sprinters. Can anyone tell me why??? I changed all the program and leader specializations in the DB, and then I got alot more competition. It took alot of time, and I can´t figure out why Cyanide have made such strange programing of the DB???

Another thing I will try to change if it´s the same problem with 2010 is the change of a sprint finnish when you ride Milano san Remo in 3d mode. Thats allso possible with the an editor.

Does anyone know if the DB structure will be the same in 2010?
