Cannot download DB's

Hey,
I have this very irritating problem. When i try to download fx. the new 1991db, when extrating the files, a diagnostic message occurs saying "Cannot create Pack_1991......."
Can anyone Help?

1. Did you try downloading your files with a download manager such as DownThemAll for Firefox or FlashGet?

2. Did you try extracting to the desktop first - and then move the files manually?

1. Yes, i used FlashGet.
2. No i haven´t done that, i will try. Thank you.
