Random Crashes with banned riders

This might have already been covered, but any time I try and start a game with Ceramica, any time I click on Ricco the game crashes. This also happens if i sign a banned rider and click on his profile. Doesnt crash on any other riders.

Obviously im not looking to sign a bunch of injured/suspended riders, but is a bit annoying if i accidentally click on ricco when im playing my career with ceramica!

is there any fix to this? or do i just wait until their 'injury' has ended, and it will stop crashing?

"I've now signed a suspended rider. When I click the rider, the game crashes.
If you've signed a banned rider the game crashes when you click his name. So, either 1) don't sign banned riders until their ban has expired, or 2) don't click the banned riders that you've signed."
