okay, to start i've never ever done this before but.... and i didn't find any articles about it, exept the one on pcm07.

and i know this is just the begining...and a lot of work to do....
but what should i do better and work more on?
be kind... my first one

If I'm not mistaken, the base jersey you use is for PCM07. As this thread is posted in the PCM09 forum, I would guess you want to make a PCM09 jersey, so you should use a base jersey from here.
