How can i change the old stages for the new ones???
If i had started a career is that possble??

The best way to do is to make it as a variant in your career. It depends on you knowledege about "modding" the game. You can do it during a career but only after the current race is over and before the beginning of a new season. Take a look in "cm_stages/variants" : You'll find 2 sorts of files. ".descr" and ".rules" . If you understand french you can take a look here :

Download the file and move the CM_Stages folder to Program Files/Cyanide/PCM. Then move the CustomTour folder to My Docs/PCM.

Open the game -> Single Race and pick Vuelta a Espana 2010
