Crashing on Milan San Remo race

The loading of the race is fine but when I get half way through the stage it crashes. I have tried changing the resolution and just leaving it to play on its own without clicking on anything , but it still seems to crash half way through the race.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Turn the graphics settings down - when I turned off reflections in the water and spectators for this race it ran fine.
