problem with the riders starting for the tour

since boasson hagen was injured i changed the that with the editor on the day the first tour-stage is but he was still shown as injured.
to solve that i choose the riders who should race the tour with the editor but now there is always a mix of the riders choosen by the pc before editing and the riders i choose
do i have to change anything else than fkid_race?

There's some columns in DYN_cyclist that need to be changed, but more importantly, there's also the DYN_team_race column.
