I purchased PCM 2009 back in September. Recently my computer got a bad virus and my hard drive had to be wiped clean. I copied my files for the game onto an external hard drive. After the other hard drive was reformatted, I re-downloaded the game successfully. However, it needs the serial number to activate it. I can not access my activation e-mail from September. It only shows e-mails back as far as a month ago. Is there any way that I can access my serial number, so I can play the game again?

try emailing the by going to their website

As Valverde said, you have to e-mail them, explaining the issue. They will then resend you the 1st e-mail.

it takes time..(always to much). But they will answer and give you new serials
