is just tried to modify a frame with NifSkope but had nothing but trouble with the program. could anyone please make a small turtorial focused on making/modify frames for PCM?

You can't use Nifscope to modify/change frames, as far as I know. You need a 3d development program. Nifscope is only good for loading the 3d image, and any .tga file as a graphic to overlay on that image.

Or for a more... err... illegal approach, I recommend PMing me. But please try to free trial beforehand, and also make sure that you can't afford to pay products beforehand too.
