Hi
What is the best course of action for newly signed scouted riders. What sort of race program would you give them - do race days make a difference to their progression?

In previous games you could set them on 100% stats progression and 0% fitness which wasn't very realistic but made them get good fast. What is the best way to get them progressing quickly in this game.

I'm not an expert on the subject, but there have been several discussions about the subject over the past.

The best way to make your riders progress is to hire the best possible trainer. Make sure that your trainers don't train too many riders at the same time as this will lower their efficiency.

Other than that, I don't really think you can do much else. You should be aware, though, that each rider can progress in different ways. Some progress fast, others slow. You can see the settings in the DB (DYN_cyclist, one of the last columns).
