What's the point? Advance a day, and it saves. |

Strongly disagree. This system works just fine.

advance a day or simulate a race that you're not entering and it saves. Think of the "next day" button as the save button.

The only reason for that suggestion is that you would have a possibility to re-try the race you've lost without making any back-ups. But I am not interested in that. For me the excisting situation is fine

There are more points of it. E.g,, if I change fitness schedules, set my national team or whatever, and I don't want to play the following race, there's no easy way to save (there's a workaround somewhere, though) those changes. |

It saves if you go back to the menu (instead of leaving the game directly where it does not save), so it is very easy to save actually. Of course it would be nicer to have both options but it is not so hard to go back to menu, then manually copy the save and continue the career. |
