Changing team in career

I know that question was already asked, but it is shame - I couln't find that thread. So, my question is - for example, I started to play with one team, and then after few seasons I would like to change it to another, not so strong ( Smile ) How can I do that?

I mean, I tried to manage that with Hannes converter, I've changed user_duplicate column in DYN_team and I changed team column in DYN_contract_manager, but when I load the save, there are no difference apart of the game is crashing when trying to make it to next day.

There is a way, but in my experience it means you won't be able to select riders for your races...it'll be done automatically.

Also you won't be able to select which races to ride.

I just want to make a rider's career, with starting in conti team, racing in local races and then after some progress, transfer him to Pro team. So, I have to choose - do I ant to race in local races or to be manager of pro team Sad

Using Lachi's Season Planner would make that possible, though.
