Would like to make a cross stage

Hi All

I would like to make a cross race. Lots of coblestones and climbs. I will have to use at a stage editor but dont know how to use it? Are there any threads where a beginner like me can get started?
Any ideas to this litle project?

Is the stage editor 2010 released?
