Lachi is right, deleting the reaming files won't deinstall the game.also stay out of the registery when your not familiar with it. some ppl (non it-peeps) change stuff so the next time they aren't able anymore to boot windows.
solution remove pcm 2009 from the list of isntalled programs, then you'll be able to install the game once more.( don't install it in the same directory though)
