matching races real v pcm09

after looking through nearly 20 pages of threads, I can find no info regarding which real races are under different names in pcm09.

as it's my first season i've just been following the website and ride program of the team i selected. unfortunately, i'm at a stage where several races that they've been in are not in pcm09 (that i can find), so, does anyone know which events are the equivalents of these please;

Vattenfall cyclassics
Eneco
Poitou
Chateauroux Classic de I'lndre
tour of missouri
Paris-Bruxelles
GP Wallone
GP Beghelli

tour of ireland would have been easy to spot, but no event has an irish flag next to it, so is obviously not there...

any help would be appreciated

It is also heavily dependent on which database you are using.

I'd bet most if not all of the races you mention are in the PCM.daily database.
