Race Invites

What do the races consider when accepting your request to participate in a race (for both Continental and ProTour races)? Does it consider your Prestige ranking? Is it your Continental Ranking? Is it your team skill level?

If you have a week team is it better to wait to apply for a race until later in the season so that you can have a chance for a higher Continental ranking? Or does it not matter? I am playing as Trek/Livestrong, it is February and I was rejected at a number of Continental races. Should I have waited until later in the season so that I could have increased my points.

I don't know, and I don't care because I use my tool for career planning. When using my tool I can participate in any Conti-race I want to.

Lachi - I use the tool too. Great work on creating that gem. I do wish it could measure fatigue when you are adjusted the training levels.

How do you add races? Do you click the box at the top of the screen of the Season Planning page?

As a side note, I may not want to use this method since it feels a little like cheating (not that I am against it). I really want to be accepted by the races and not force my way into a race.

Nationality and (Superprestige) points are what matters the most, I think.

So yes, if you can, wait for as long as possible before applying.

I would like to have this feature too, but Cyanide never told me how to estimate the fatigue.

Yes, just tick or untick the races.

In my eyes it is not cheating as long as you follow real life (do not participate in asian conti races with a belgian team)
