PCM Startup Freeze

I have been using PCM just fine for ages now. Just today It will load the intro screens for KEMedia and such but then when it should show the main menu All i see is a black screen, hear music, and have the frozen red mouse in the center of the screen.
I am running Windows XP and absolutely nothing has changed since last time I played (last night)
Any ideas? thanks. |

my game did in fact crash last night. but i don't see how a broken save would hurt the entire game. I'm not trying to load a save, but rather just the menu. |

it is the same ; try replacing the save by the back-up
Cyande just sucks at OO programming and that is one of
the signs of it

Ok, not to sound stupid, but where can i find the save? I looked around and I feel like I may have overlooked it. |

If you did not understand what Stijn_vranken tried to explain:
Your save is blocking your game from starting.
If you remove it, the game will run again.
If you want to keep your career, use the backup of your save.
The saves can be found somewhere in "My Documents". Look for files with the ending .cdb
The backup of your save has the ending .cdb~ after you removed your broken save, you can rename the backup by removing the ~.
Now your game should work again. |
