Signing with new team after season

Does anyone know whether it is possible to sign with a new team when a season end. I know you can be offered a new team if you are fired, but is it possible to simply sign with a new team just like in the previous version??

Sadly, no. But just waste as much money as you can by contracting and firing trainers until you got rid of all your money. Just make sure to copy your save before you do it, as you only can select from 3 teams after you got fired.
(And I guess, it would be the best moment to switch the team with an editor just after you accepted the new team.)
