Simple racing manual

Amateur Posts: 2 Joined: 22-09-2009 PCM$: 200.00	Hey can someone gimme a few pointers for gameplay, like whats the red bar for? what about rider effort, should the captain's effort be set to lower during the first half of the race? whats the optimal effort later, 50, 51, 55 or more? should it be set at an individual basis depending on the heart rate? whats the optimal heart rate? what should be the effort of the guy protecting the captain? whats the effort button do? (2nd button from the left in the lower row of the control panel that looks like an arrow to the right side)? also, can the WC road race be played without waiting for it once a year in the career mode? Also I would recommend to read the manual, as it explains some of your questions. If you cannot find the answers, please ask again. I am sure somebody can point you to the appropriate threads.
