Finances on the game

I need help with the finances with the game. My salary funds is £344.760
and new salary funds is £20,909.
How much do I have to spend to buy new riders. Last time I got to my 2nd season i got fired because I had -200,00 after buying new riders and I dont want it to happen again.
Could anyone offer any advice.

I do not know what you mean with new salary funds.
If the confidence of the sponsor is at the left the line, you will get less money. If it is to the right of the line you get more money the next year. I heard that you get double the money if you fill it totally to the right. Last season I got 160.000 per month, I filled the confidence about 3/4 and will be payed 210.000 per month this season. This seasons budget is 360.000 but I saved some money last season, so I need to win about 1 mio of price money else I have to fire the trainers to prevent getting kicked. (or I just edit the save and "fix" the account.) |

i have idea how to budget for the following season, im in september and so far signed for next season
Frank Schleck 105'000
Contador 120'000
Hushovd 50'000
Devolder 90'000
Roche 20'000
Wiggins 10'000
and im not even in the pro tour! i hope i dont get the chop
the board say its ok to sign them so i go ahead and do it

Go to manager tab, finances, the lookat the tab with the graph and at the bottom it should say new salaries. signing sponsors should increase it, plus you got race prize money coming in so if your a good player you could bring in a million dollars of race prize money |
